The processing time for apparel orders takes up to 3 working days* before being dispatched (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays).
Standard UK Delivery - £3.99. Delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Standard International Delivery - £10. Delivered within 3 to 14 days.
To make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us before the 3 days processing time of your order at email@example.com with the Subject “Change or Cancel My Order”. Unfortunately, we will not be able to change or cancel your order after it has been processed.
In the event your package is returned to us because of an invalid address or multiple delivery attempts by the carrier, we will contact you and assist you until you receive your package or if it is unworkable we will process a refund.
If you have not received your packages during the delivery time stated above, or your package is stated as delivered by the carrier but still not received it to your address, please contact us within 5 days at firstname.lastname@example.org with the Subject “Package Not Received”.
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
Esperantz & Klautilde reserves the right to refuse/cancel orders from customers who have an excessive returns history.
Esperantz & Klautilde is happy to accept returns on handmade, upcycled and vintage clothing that is unworn, undamaged, and still fitted with all tags and labels including a receipt of purchase within 14 days. Email us at email@example.com with the Subject “Refunds” with your full name, order number, email address, and the reason why you want to return your item(s) to enable us to process your refund as quickly as possible.
The shipping cost for returning items is the customer’s responsibility and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Clearance/sales items and digital products are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued on the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
We want to apologize if you received a faulty or the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days at firstname.lastname@example.org with the Subject “Faulty or Wrong Item”, and we will arrange a refund with the receipt and a picture of the faulty or wrong item.
Exchanges are unavailable as our apparel products are made unique and in limited edition. No exchange will be issued for digital products.
